Amazon Echo and Music Unlimited coming to 28 new markets
The online shopping giant has unveiled that is AI-powered speakers and unlimited music service will come to 28 new markets across Europe and South America.
If you are in Belgium, Bolivia, Bulgaria, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Panama, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, or Uruguay, you may be glad to hear about Amazon’s ambitious plan to expand Amazon Echo’s global reach.
The company states that its family of Echo speakers along with the company’s unlimited music streaming service are coming to 28 new countries listed above. The Echo family includes the Echo Dot, Echo, Echo Plus, and Echo Show though it’s unclear whether all of them will be available for purchase. Amazon Music Unlimited, on the other hand, features a catalogue of 40 million songs, and as Amazon describes, “At launch, Amazon Music Unlimited [will be] available at three plan options with prices varying per country; the exclusive Echo Plan, the lowest-priced plan option of any full-catalog streaming service, to listen on a single Echo Dot, Echo or Echo Plus with full access to Amazon Music Unlimited; the Individual plan to stream on one of up to 10 devices at a time; and the Family plan, where up to six members of a household can share a subscription.”
At launch, Amazon Music Unlimited will be available at three plan options with prices varying per country.
The display language for the music streaming service will be available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Japanese.
