If you have played the original Abe’s Oddysee, Oddworld New ‘n’ Tasty is basically the same game, with the same story and characters. Your player character is a Mudokon, a rather sad-looking creature called Abe, who works in the meat processing plant RuptureFarms. Unfortunately for Abe and his fellow Mudokons, the owners of the plant now want to use the workers themselves as the source of the meat. Abe now has to rescues his people from the evil leaders of the plant, the Glukkon.

In addition to the new 3D HD graphics, Oddworld New ‘n’ Tasty has cut scenes that are all handled in the game engine itself. The result is a fun trip down memory lane for long time Oddworld fans, and a chance for new fans to see what all the fuss is all about. The game also supports gamepads for those of you who want a true console experience instead of using the touchscreen. It also supports Google Play Games, which means you get leaderboards and achievements, plus cloud saves in case you switch from one device to another on your account.

You can snap up Oddworld New ‘n’ Tasty now for $7.99, with no in-game purchases or ads. This is a must for any gamer who wants to enjoy a great platformer in an all new 3D HD format.
