Jane Fonda Begins Filming 'Book Club' in Hollywood

Jane Fonda is joined by co-stars Candice Bergen and Mary Steenburgen as they begin filming their upcoming movie Book Club on Friday afternoon (August 18) in Hollywood.

The 79-year-old actress was spotted sporting a red wig and boots as she and her co-stars filmed a few scenes outside.

Here’s a plot synopsis, from Deadline: “Set in and around California, Book Club is a heartfelt comedy about four lifelong friends in their 60s who read 50 Shades of Grey in their monthly book club and have their lives changed forever. For these successful and intelligent women, this is not the type of book that they typically read, but as they soon find out, inspiration can come in the most unlikely of places.”
