The INSIDER Summary:
- Scandinavian Airlines is giving kids free base airfare for children aged 11 or under who travel with an adult.
- However, you have to book the ticket between now and October 5.
- The travel also must occur between November 1, 2017, and May 31, 2018.
- You can travel from any Scandinavian Airlines gateway to any of the Scandinavian countries listed.
Grab your passports and sync up your ABBA playlists because your whole family is heading to Sweden — or, well, anywhere Scandinavian Airlines flies.
That's right, Scandinavian Airlines (one of the major carriers between the U.S. and Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway) just announced it's giving kids free base airfare (you just pay taxes and fees) for children up to age 11 traveling with an adult if you book anytime between now and October 5. (Psst, that's not that much time, so hurry.)
The fine print? The travel must occur between November 1, 2017, and May 31, 2018, from any Scandinavian Airlines gateway (Boston, NYC, Miami, D.C., San Francisco, L.A.) to any of the Scandinavian countries listed.
So? Guess we'll be having a very, very hygge Thanksgiving this year.
