When Is the Next Solar Eclipse in North America?

The 2017 Solar Eclipse happened today and it was the first total solar eclipse in decades, so many are wondering when the next North American solar eclipse event will happen!

If you missed it because you were out of the country or stuck at work, the next time you can see an eclipse in the United States is on April 8, 2024 and it will be visible from Texas to Maine.

The eclipse today was really special because on it was the first total eclipse that solely passed over the continental United States since the eclipse on June 8, 1918.

And as always, you’ll need eclipse glasses to view the 2024 eclipse as well!
