Lin-Manuel Miranda Celebrates 'Hamilton' L.A. Opening with #Ham4Ham Performance - Watch Here!

Lin-Manuel Miranda is all smiles as he joins his cast mates onstage at the opening night curtain call for Hamilton held at the Pantages Theatre on Wednesday (August 16) in Los Angeles.

In advance of the sold-out opening night performance, the 37-year-old Hamilton creator and his touring company celebrated with a very special one-day-only #Ham4Ham performance, a tradition that began in New York City as a way of entertaining those waiting for the results of the ticket lottery giveaway.

“I did tell them they might have to close down the streets. They have closed down the street,” Lin-Manuel expressed to the cheering crowd. “Thank you all for coming.”

The Hamilton crew treated the crowd to a medley of California-themed songs, including “California Love,” Katy Perry’s “California Gurls,” The Beach Boys’ “California Girls,” The Eagles’ “Hotel California,” and “California Dreamin’.” Watch below…
