The 24-year-old singer looked chic in a denim jacket over a black dress and strappy heels as she stepped out for a night out on the town.

Earlier that day, Demi brightened up the streets of the city in a pink and rainbow hoodie as she left her GMA summer concert.

Demi took to Twitter recently to share that she already knows that her friends are throwing her a surprise party for her 25th birthday on Sunday!
