You can now get an HTC U11 with 3 free months of Amazon Music Unlimited

If you’re in the market for a new flagship, you might have already considered the gorgeous HTC U11. It comes with all the bells and whistles you’d expect from a modern high-end smartphone, and for a limited time, you can also receive three free months of Amazon Music Unlimited when you purchase one.

In case you’re not familiar with it, Amazon Music Unlimited is the company’s premium music streaming service. Similar to its competitors, it allows you to stream tens of millions of songs, at any time and anywhere, assuming you’re connected to the internet. It also offers a download option, so you can listen to your favorite tunes without being connected to the web.

However, if you’re an Amazon Music Unlimited user already, this deal will not benefit you in any way. According to the terms and conditions of the promotion, it only applies to new subscribers, which means that you can’t get the three free months if you’re already paying Amazon for your music. Further, it looks like you’ll have to buy the device either through Amazon or HTC.com to qualify. Check the terms and conditions to see if it’s available in your region before purchase, too — Amazon notes it “may only be available to customers located in the U.S”

What makes Amazon’s streaming service a great fit for the HTC U11 is its Alexa integration. The handset comes with Amazon’s digital assistant, which naturally works pretty well with the company’s music service. It features a number of useful commands, which allow you to request a song by its lyrics instead of title, ask it to play the top hits of a certain year, and many others.

So, if you’re looking for both a new phone and a Spotify alternative, you might want to consider getting the HTC U11 before this promo ends in the end of September.
