The Sony Xperia XZ Premium is now $100 cheaper
The Sony Xperia XZ Premium is one powerhouse of a device. It comes with the Snapdragon 835, Qualcomm’s latest chipset, plenty of RAM and storage, and overall great performance. One of its drawbacks, though, was the steep price of $799.
However, the Sony flagship just received a serious discount and less than two months after its US debut, its price has been cut by $100 on Amazon, Best Buy, and B&H. What’s important to note here is that only the Deepsea Black version has been discounted on Amazon, while the Pink and Luminous Chrome are still at $799.99. They are discounted on Best Buy, though, so we suggest you head there if you have your eyes set on either of those two colors.
You should also remember that while the handset is a pretty solid flagship, it does have its limitations. The US version lacks a fingerprint scanner and it’s not compatible with CDMA networks. This means that if you’re a customer of Verizon or Sprint, you won’t be able to use the Xperia XZ Premium with your carrier. For everyone else, the Sony Xperia XZ Premium could prove to be the flagship they’re looking for.
Have you tried the Sony Xperia XZ Premium yet? Would you buy it or is the lack of a fingerprint sensor a deal breaker for you? Make sure to let us know in the comments.
