Justin Theroux Skipped an Opportunity to be on 'Friends' With Jennifer Aniston

Justin Theroux could have met his wife Jennifer Aniston a lot sooner!

Back in the 90s, the now 46-year-old actor had the opportunity to audition for Friends, AKA the sitcom that made Jennifer Aniston a star.

But Justin decided to skip the audition that day in favor of getting some extra sleep!

“I didn’t bother. I slept in that day. I wouldn’t have been prepared for [the fame],” he told Mr. Porter.

Justin wouldn’t meet Jennifer until 2007 on the set of Tropic Thunder.

The couple started dating after costarring in 2010’s Wanderlust and tied the knot in August 2015.
