'Hitman's Bodyguard' Wins Weekend Box Office, 'Logan Lucky' Debuts to Slow Start

Ryan Reynolds and Samuel L. Jackson‘s The Hitman’s Bodyguard won the weekend box office in its opening weekend!

The film brought in $21.6 million for its debut, which is considered a solid opening for the comedy.

Annabelle: Creation came in at number two this weekend with $15.5 earned in its second weekend at the box office.

Channing Tatum and Daniel Craig‘s Logan Lucky didn’t shine this weekend during its debut and brought in only $8 million.

Rounding out the top five are Dunkirk and The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature, which brought in $6.7 million and $5.1 million, respectively.
