Finally! The first picture of Cheryl since she gave birth to Bear

Cheryl’s been in no rush to get back to work and the public eye since becoming a mum.

But she’s chosen to immerse herself back into her professional life – on the very day she could have sat at home to watch her old band mate Sarah Harding enter the Celebrity Big Brother house.

Our Cheryl is a hard grafter. Although, it’s not as if she’s working down a mine…

No, she got back on set for a new L’Oreal shoot, where she was pampered and preened and made a fuss of. And of course being paid a fortune for it.

And to mark her triumphant return to work, she posted a behind the scenes pic of herself during the shoot alongside the caption: “Back at work.”

Some cynical people out there, have cruelly suggested that this was Cheryl’s way of having a dig at Sarah, whose current work situation consists of sitting in the Big Brother house with a hefty pay out in the bank.

We certainly don’t believe that, but people have recently become suspicious of their friendship after rumours of a rift emerged between the two when Cheryl supposedly unfollowed Sarah on Twitter.

When asked about whether Cheryl should be scared of anything she could say to her housemates, she laughed.

“I don’t know what she’d be worried about, but at the end of the day, if I went in there I wouldn’t talk about the band or any of my exploits,” she explained.

“I’d go in to show people who I am as a person. I’m a loyal friend and I’m not going to go in there and talk about what’s gone on.

“We were like sisters at the end of the day, so I wouldn’t go in there to talk about the band or their secrets.”

Meanwhile, Cheryl’s return to L’Oreal is just one of the various projects she is up to to this year.

It’s believed that she will be returning to the studio to record a new pop album.
