Chester Bennington's Death Certificate Reveals More Details

Chester Bennington‘s death certificate has been released.

The Linkin Park singer committed suicide at age 41 two weeks ago at his home in Palos Verdes Estates in California.

The new document from the L.A. County Department of Health, obtained by TMZ, reveals that the exact cause of death was hanging by belt.

TMZ also reported that Chester was found hanging from a door in his bedroom, similar to how his good friend Chris Cornell took his own life back in May. Chester committed suicide on Chris‘s birthday.
