Anya Taylor-Joy & 'Witch' Director Robert Eggers in Talks to Reunite for 'Nosferatu' Remake
Anya Taylor-Joy, who starred in director Robert Eggers‘ The Witch, might be teaming up with him again for a remake of the classic film Nosferatu!
According to Variety, “The 1922 silent movie followed the vampire Count Orlok of Transylvania, who wants to buy a house in Germany and becomes enamored of the real-estate agent’s wife.”

Nosferatu was was an unofficial adaptation of Bram Stoker’s ‘Dracula.’ Werner Herzog directed a 1979 remake.
Robert would both direct and write the new remake.
He reportedly wanted Anya for the film early on, but her schedule filled up after starring in her movie Split. She is currently filming X-Men: The New Mutants as well, along with several other projects.
