Larry David & Bernie Sanders Are Long Lost Cousins!

Larry David has learned that he’s related to a senator!

While attending the TCA summer press tour on Wednesday (July 26), the 70-year-old Seinfeld creator announced that he is a long lost relative of Bernie Sanders.

“I was very happy about that,” Larry said during the HBO panel. “I thought there must have been some connection.”

Larry learned that he is a “third cousin or something” with the former Democratic presidential candidate while filming an upcoming episode of Find Your Roots, the PBS series where celebrities explore their family tree.

Fans have been well aware of the similarities between the Larry and Bernie for years. During the 2015-2016 presidential election cycle, Larry portrayed Bernie on Saturday Night Live in several skits.
