Expert tasks medical sales reps on professionalism

The Managing Director, White Tulip Consulting Limited, Mr. Tunde Oyeniran, has asked medical sales representatives to embrace professionalism in the career pursuit.
While addressing sales representatives under the aegis of the Association of Medical Sales Representative Professionals at its inaugural Annual General Meeting in Lagos, Oyeniran urged them to develop quality relationship with health care professionals.
Oyeniran, who is a patron of the association, reiterated that having the right attitude, good product knowledge, integrity and dedication were vital to achieving success in the profession.
“If you have value, people will look for you,” he said.
The President, AMPSON, Mr. Babatunde Yaya, said the creation of the association in September 2016 stemmed from frequent reports of chronic debts by clients of sales representatives.
According to him, the association aims to assist in reducing their sales debts by giving vital information on credible people to transact business with.
He said that the platform would enhance career and personal development of its members, adding that it would provide and create an environment for positive enlightenment, learning and empowerment.
