Anthony Scaramucci Out as White House Communications Director After 11 Days

Anthony Scaramucci has reportedly been dismissed from his position as White House communications director 11 days after starting the job, the White House has confirmed.

Anthony Scaramucci will be leaving his role as White House Communications Director,” the press secretary confirmed in a statement. “Mr. Scaramucci felt it was best to give Chief of Staff John Kelly a clean slate and the ability to build his own team. We wish him all the best.”

President Donald Trump reportedly ended Scaramucci‘s time at the White House. On Thursday, July 27, a expletive laced conversation between him and a reporter was published by The New Yorker. In the conversation, Scaramucci was also heard blasting White House chief strategist Steve Bannon.

Anthony has also had some personal problems as of late. His wife filed for divorce earlier this month while she was 9 months pregnant.

Stay tuned for an official announcement.
